Turn back the clock it's mid-July and I chatted on SFM for the first time. "I'm a loner" had come on and I posted "I Love CNBLUE this is my favourite song!" There jangie replied and said she liked them too. And we started talking like that. She introduced me to Deanne. Dee was always on cam and did the cutest things, and when my dumb internet wouldn't let me see the tinychat she sat there and wrote on her dry-erase board just to talk to me so I wouldn't be alone. They were my first friends ever on SFM. I also met Vicki we became twins because we have the same name and we both liked Dara. Then I met Moo & Michael the next day :) When I first saw moo she scared the crap out of me XD She was so abrupt and well pervy kekeke ;D Michael became my original Hoi Hoi friend because we both loved Gumiho XD We all got involved in this really funny RP about a school. Me and Jangie were school bffs, Vicki was the bully, michael was the love interest and Moo was the teacher. It was interesting to say the least, but a lot of fun. They made me feel at home and for once in a long time I felt like I gained friends. A month or two later I met GP and Minny we were talking about dreams and what they meant. I had never talked to them before that but I always remember seeing them do their f(x) and 2NE1 name parodies when they came on hahaha. It was nice to be around such friendly people, and I can't deny how good it felt when I would pop in with my signature "Yo~" and have a handful of people spazz "TORIIIIII <333" I met Jenni and Lissy later, the WooTwo~ [Wooyoung & Wookie] xDWe then began to work on the family tree and I was officially dubbed the Halmeoni of SFM <3 and I have a lot of grandchildren...I mean A LOT @.@ I inherited a few more family members, I got married to Kyu, had Moo & Lina. Moo married Michael. Then I got my first grandchildren Jangie & Myungsoo, Kei and Deanne, Minny, Jenni, and GP. And Lissy ended up being my sister on family tree, it only gets more complicated from there XD I love my family though <3
I was enrolled into K-Pop school and learned all the members of Suju due to much patience on Michaels and Jangies part.
The DJ/Mod obsession began and suddenly everyone wanted to be one LOL. I wanted to be a DJ, but never got the spot. Jangie and Yellow were gonna have a show but it has yet to be put on air, poor guys XD Many got crowned with mod powers, but honestly I only wanted to be one so I'd have a diff color LOL.
Michael left to get "a life" out of nowhere, it was hard he was the first family member I lost. I even have our goodbye hoi hoi SFM chat screenshotted and saved ;A; After that some of us tried to make a pact that we wouldn't ever leave each other.
Then there was that time when everyone was convinced Moi was Michael in disguise rofl I swear we were suspicious for weeks XD It was because their personalities were so similar, but she was a cool chick, I miss her ;-; Then my Seoulmate Anjew came on the scene, we nerdily bonded over Zelda games rofl and we have been seoulmates ever since, the name cleverly thought of by her of course. And how could I forget my Haraboji, when I thought she was a man LOLOL. It just never occurred to me that she was a girl XD
Then we had Joonie and Mireu pop in for the first time and later followed RP invasion for a bit, but then they left and created the "Secret Society of RP'rs" (SSRP) [Yes, I made that up on my own 8D] I got banned and then suddenly all this fighting broke loose and people weren't talking to one another and grouping off. Some of my dear friends threatened to quit, it was very frustrating. All the while me and jenni were both banned and we needed somewhere to spazz so we created a blog and a cbox and let out our urges XD. Then Me and Deanne started the Strawberry Foundation it has fed many a hungry kpopper ;3
Now we are in the present, and much as i'd like it to stay together some of my family is separating. I guess I should try not to be upset because it's not my decision, but it's hard not to. I get attached to people I bond with easily and when I say you are my family I'm dead serious. I don't just let anyone into my family. I miss everyone being together like when I first started, so one more time I wanted to re-live it in this post. So thank you for going back in time with me, if you were in here I hope you smiled at the parts you remember, maybe even laughed some, or shed a tear. I know I did all of the above. If you remember something memorable from your first days on SFM or meeting your friends for the first time feel free to share :)
Jangie and Deanne, it won't be the same without your presence near. Halmeoni get's lonely and you will surely be missed. I wish things didn't have to be this way, but your grown and she can't say anything. She also knows circumstances are hard and situations can't be helped. Halmeoni loves you very much and she will shed tears now that your gone, but her heart will heal in time so please be patient. All she asks is to not be forgotten and if it's not to much trouble to come on skype and talk to her once in a while. Please take care in your endeavors, keep your health up and to always do your best in whatever you do. Take chances, and live life to the fullest. Remember your beauty and don't let others tell you otherwise. Let your light shine on the whole world and let them know just who you are. The real you, never lose yourself in a facade. Follow your dreams and always remember that Halmeoni will be here to pick you up when you fall. Your place in my home will never be replaced and she will always welcome you back home with open arms~
